Horace is a secondary character in the Fairy Eater series.

Appearance

Horace is a very tallyoung man with broad shoulders and dark hair. He is usually well-dressed in dark clothing. He has a fair complexion and pale blue eyes.

History

Horace comes from a family of swordspeople, archers, and shieldspeople. They know that in the past, the ancestors were pledged to serve and protect someone or something, but there is nobody alive who knows who or what that is. As the eldest in his family, he is taught to weild most swords and is well-versed in their history, collecting rare ones in his free time. Against his parents' wishes, he decided to attend Prince Academy, as he believes that he might be able to research his purpose there and find out what his family was originally supposed to fight for.

Personality

Horace is a quiet but friendly person. Though he appears to be intimidating because of his stature, he has a kind and considerate heart and is very gentle with people he deems to be in need of kindness. Because of his rigorous training in the art of swordplay, he has a strong foundation in being good and fair witb everyone, never attacking anyone and always maintaining his composure, even in the face of being ridiculed or insulted. He is not easily threatened outwardly, but can get very shaken-up when someone says something hurtful or threatens him, though he never shows this side around people he doesn't trust, and he doesn't trust many people. Despite his capabilities, he doesn't like fighting and views it only as a last resort, only liking swords because he values the artistry in making them and finding them to be beautiful. He is loyal to a fault and will fight for his friends' happiness no matter what it takes.

- Horace has a big sweet tooth and loves desserts and treats of any kind.

- Out of the whole group, he will usually be the first to cry about something, because he wears his emotions on his sleeve, not caring about what people think.

- Because he's an oldest sibling, he's become very good at being a mediator in most situations.

- The only thing he knows how to cook is soup and stews because it is the only thing he can make that he isn't able to burn.
